🛍️ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

💬 Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, feel free to contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
🧾 Do you charge sales tax?
At this time, we do NOT charge sales tax. We are a small business based in Canada and are currently exempt from tax collection. If this changes in the future, we’ll update our policies and inform customers.
📦 How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via Letter Mail (untracked) from Canada. Please allow time for delivery based on your location.
